Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "You") and ufc888 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the ufc888 website at ufc888.app and all associated services. Continued use of ufc888 following account registration constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms in their entirety.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
Access to and use of the ufc888 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of membership:
Age Verification: ufc888 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any point. Accounts that cannot verify eligibility upon request will be suspended pending verification, and any funds held in such accounts will be withheld until the matter is resolved.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Member is permitted to maintain one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether in the same name, under different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any Wallet balances therein.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You represent and warrant that all information provided at registration and during any subsequent KYC process is true, accurate, complete, and current. You agree to promptly notify ufc888 of any changes to your registered information via the account settings interface or by contacting support.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any secondary authentication factors. ufc888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You agree to notify ufc888 immediately upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorised access.
3.4 Non-Transferability. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise deal in your Account or any interest therein to any third party.
3.5 KYC Verification. ufc888 may at any time require a Member to complete identity verification in accordance with its KYC policy. Required documents may include, but are not limited to, a government-issued identification document, proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by ufc888 may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending resolution.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ufc888 accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online transfer, and major credit cards. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum deposit is RM30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) are credited to the Member's Wallet instantaneously upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits via FPX or online banking are typically credited within 5–15 minutes during normal banking hours.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Members may request withdrawal of available Wallet balances at any time, subject to the following conditions:
4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. Withdrawal requests to e-wallets are ordinarily processed within 15–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1–2 business days depending on the receiving institution. ufc888 reserves the right to apply additional processing time in cases requiring supplementary verification.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. In accordance with international anti-money laundering standards, ufc888 reserves the right to require that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, and to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal that triggers enhanced due diligence thresholds.
5.1 General Betting Rules. All wagers placed through ufc888 are subject to the specific product rules applicable to the relevant game type — sportsbook, live casino, slots, or lottery — as published on the Platform. In the event of conflict between general terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail.
5.2 Bet Acceptance. ufc888 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: the bet was placed after the relevant event had commenced without prior authorisation; the odds displayed were the result of a manifest error; or the bet is suspected of being placed in connection with match-fixing or other integrity violations.
5.3 Manifest Errors. In the event of a manifest error in odds, payouts, game results, or any other display, ufc888 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Members' Wallets. A manifest error is one that a reasonable person would recognise immediately as incorrect, including but not limited to pricing errors resulting in odds materially different from those available across comparable markets.
5.4 Disputed Results. In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, the Member must raise the dispute within 30 days of the relevant event outcome. Disputes raised outside this window will not be considered. ufc888's decision on disputed bets, made following investigation, shall be final and binding.
6.1 ufc888 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional benefits to Members. All promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside the offer at the time of its availability.
6.2 General Bonus Terms. Unless the applicable promotion terms specify otherwise: (a) bonuses may only be claimed once per Member, household, IP address, or payment method; (b) bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before withdrawal; (c) free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds subject to the stated wagering requirement; (d) ufc888 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that it reasonably believes has been claimed in bad faith or in breach of these Terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. ufc888 employs fraud detection systems to identify and prevent bonus abuse. Activities including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; placing low-risk hedge bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk; or using automated tools to participate in promotions — constitute bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.
Members must not engage in any of the following prohibited conduct on or in connection with the ufc888 Platform:
ufc888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct and to refer the matter to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities where warranted.
8.1 ufc888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides a suite of self-management tools available to all Members at no charge, including: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly); loss limits; session time reminders; cooling-off periods of between 24 hours and 6 weeks; and full self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months.
8.2 Age Restriction. ufc888 strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited in accordance with regulatory requirements.
8.3 Self-Exclusion. Members who wish to self-exclude may do so at any time by contacting ufc888 support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the minimum period selected. During a self-exclusion period, the Member's account will be suspended and they will not receive promotional communications.
8.4 Members are encouraged to seek assistance from professional counselling services if they are experiencing gambling-related difficulties. ufc888 provides access to responsible gaming information and external support resources from the account settings page.
All intellectual property rights in and to the ufc888 Platform, including its design, software, graphics, trademarks, service marks, trade names, game content, and all other materials appearing on or forming part of the Platform, are and remain the exclusive property of ufc888 or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants the Member any right, title, or interest in such intellectual property. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ufc888 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings; (b) any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform; (c) service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond ufc888's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party payment processor downtime, or force majeure events.
10.2 ufc888's aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by ufc888's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
11.1 Termination by ufc888. ufc888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, collusion, or prohibited conduct; failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification; or any other reason at ufc888's sole discretion. Upon termination for cause, ufc888 may withhold any Wallet balance pending investigation and may forfeit such balance where a breach is substantiated.
11.2 Termination by Member. Members may request account closure at any time by contacting ufc888 support. Upon closure, any available Wallet balance (net of applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to the Member's registered payment method within 5 business days.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction under which ufc888 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable international arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English.
Before initiating formal dispute resolution proceedings, Members agree to first contact ufc888 support and allow a minimum of 30 days for good-faith resolution of the matter.
ufc888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to Members via the registered email address and/or by a notice displayed on the Platform for a minimum of 7 days prior to coming into effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Members who do not accept amended Terms should cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 11.2.
